KA FlexSeal™
PU Waterproofing Membranes
The KA FlexSeal™ Series features two seamless polyurethane waterproofing membranes for horizontal and vertical applications requiring flexibility and crack-bridging performance.
4.1 FlexSeal™ PU300
FlexSeal™ PU300 is a flexible polyurethane membrane for flat roofs, balconies, terraces and basements, providing seamless joint-free waterproofing with excellent adhesion. Typical coverage is 1.0–1.5 kg/m² per coat in a recommended two-coat system; it is touch-dry in 4–6 hours, recoatable after 8–12 hours, and fully cured in 7 days (subject to conditions).
COVERAGE: 1.0–1.5 kg/m²
Recommended two-coat system. Curing: Touch-dry (4-6h), Recoat (8-12h), Full cure (7 days).
Heavy-Duty
4.2 FlexSeal™ PU301 Pro
FlexSeal™ PU301 Pro is a high-build professional-grade membrane for heavy-duty and high-movement areas, offering enhanced durability and elasticity and compatibility with fleece reinforcement. Typical coverage is 1.5–2.0 kg/m² (system dependent) with the same indicative curing timeline as PU300.
Key Features and Benefits
